Program and Agenda

“A Creative Approach to Successful Leadership Training Programs that Combine Classroom Instruction, Coaching and Microlearning – Working together as Consultants”

11:30 - 12:15 PM:   Mark Griffiths and Dr. Debbie Townley presenters

We will share some sample leadership topics that utilize the 70-20-10 model of delivery.  These programs have been repeated for clients with significant results.  This session will also exemplify how we can work together as learning “experts” to build stronger programs to incorporate ILT, VILT and virtual technologies.  In addition, Microlearning will be explored, highlighting how technology can be utilized to deliver stackable chunks of learning to enhance progress and performance - when and where it is needed most!
