Karen Pelot is the owner of PERSPECTIVES, LLC where she serves clients as a mediator, coach/consultant, speaker, and trainer.
Karen has been a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator since 2008, the same year she opened PERSPECTIVES, LLC. Prior to that, she enjoyed a very successful 18-year career in corporate leadership with three Fortune 100 companies. Karen served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for Progressive and The Hartford, as regional/director of Special Investigations.
Karen, and her team, have learned, developed, and experienced programs to reduce and resolve conflict, maximize team engagement, and instill accountability for workplace behaviors and results.
Karen has been a featured expert on FOX News GOOD DAY ORLANDO, and her articles have been published by Mediator.com, the Association for Conflict Resolutions, and the Florida Professional Mediators Association.
