Internal Consulting Community of Practice

The next meeting of the Internal Consulting Community of Practice is scheduled for Friday, January 5, 2018 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.

LOCATION

Valencia College - Winter Park, Room 107; 850 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789 

PROGRAM

At the November meeting, the group decided to meet monthly on the 1st Friday of the month from 11:30 to 1:00 PM.  We will be trying different locations and potentially alternating every other month.  

On January 5, 2018, the program will focus on the following topics:

• Performance based coaching model
• Setting priorities
