Internal Consulting Community of Practice

The next meeting of the Internal Consulting Community of Practice is scheduled for Friday, November 17 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM at ADP.  ADP is located on 2599 Lucien Way, Maitland, FL 34751.  LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED!

Upon arrival – guests are to check-in at the front desk with security (please remember to bring a form of identification). Parking is available in the parking lot and the parking garage.

PROGRAM

At the October meeting, participants shared best practices for driving and implementing successful talent management programs. 

At the November meeting, we plan to begin conversations on best practices on the following topics in the agenda below.  Participants are encouraged to bring examples, collateral, and other materials that will be housed on the GOOD website.  

Meeting Agenda for November 17:

-- Update group on plans for storing and sharing resources

-- Identify note taker for the next meeting, and an individual to coordinate posting of collateral on the GOOD website

-- Share best practices, starting with:

•    Giving and receiving feedback
  
•    Collaboration
  
•    Facilitation to prioritize barriers and enablers to success
  
•    How to pilot something small to go big
  

-- Identify frequency and amount of time for future meetings

-- Identify host for next meeting

-- Agree on topics for the next meeting
