Betsy Jordyn has been an organizational consultant for over 20 years. She has advised executives in companies of all sizes and industries, including 8 years as an internal consultant at Walt Disney World.

Since starting her own business, Accelera Consulting Group, she had the opportunity to apply and scale the Disney principles to accelerate change in companies of all sizes and industries including: Wyndham, Florida Hospital, CHEP, Fresh Point, Texas A&M and Boehringer Ingelheim.  She has launched "The Consultant's Institute" dedicated to equipping and empowering consultants – both within organizations holding roles in HR, OD and Training and external consultants – with all the tools, support and political know-how to effectively land AND deliver strategic consulting solutions.
