Listen In:  How to Influence Anybody by Tuning into Yourself

Let’s be honest…some of our clients are great to work with, and others pose a challenge. Have you ever come up against defensiveness in the face of trying to help somebody make a positive change? In our attempt to influence our clients, we sometimes get “sucked in” to the same dynamic we try to help them break out of. We find our own effectiveness is diminished, and we sometimes fall into the mode of blaming our client for not listening to our input.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. Learn how you have a choice in this powerful session that enhances your own ability to consult, guide, and influence to your maximum potential. 

In this experiential demonstration, I will help you understand how you are getting in your own way, and give you real, practical tools to greatly improve your ability to influence and never feel stuck again.  

Participants in the session will be able to:

• Identify the triggers in their environment that negatively affects their ability to influence others
• Practice clear, direct and truthful communication that can “unstick” any situation
• Model for their clients what it means to lead and influence by being authentic and open
