External Consulting Community of Practice

The External Consulting Community of Practice will meet on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Topic for January: 

Dr. Sy Islam will lead a virtual session discussing the use of feedback and qualitative data in working with clients to assess their needs, the value of the work and deliverables that you provide and how to gain additional insights and inform action by taking a "pulse" of your clients, organizational partners, and customers.

Dr. Islam is a professor of Organizational Psychology at SUNY Farmingdale State College in New York, a principal consultant and co-founder of Talent Metrics, and serves on the board of the Long Island Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

We will meet at the Valencia College Winter Park Campus (850 W Morse Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32789) in Room 107 (there is only one building).
