How to Establish a Trusted Coaching Relationship

The Coaching Community of Practice will meet on Friday August 19, 2016 from 11.30am to 1.00pm at the UCF Business Incubator located 3218 E. Colonial Dr., Suite G , Orlando, FL 32803.

During our next meeting Don Knagge, Consultant at DGK Solutions and Krystena Sterling, Project Manager at Walt Disney World, will facilitate a presentation on how to establish a trusted coaching relationship with coachees and sponsors. We will explore specifically two ICF Core Competencies: 

Co-Creating the Relationship 

• Establishing Trust & Intimacy with the Client Creating a safe, supportive environment that produces ongoing mutual respect and trust. 
• Coaching Presence Being fully conscious and creating spontaneous relationships with clients, employing a style that is open, flexible and confident. 

The session will also include a coaching Demo to practice what was presented and develop best practices.

Location: We will meet at the UCF Business Incubator Downtown Orlando, located 3218 E. Colonial Dr, Suite G, FL 32803.  Feel free to bring a brown bag lunch.
