Program Description

With greater workplace demands comes greater stress—and it’s taking a toll on our productivity, engagement, and well-being. The standard prescription for stress reduction is to exercise, meditate, eat better and get plenty of sleep.. But who has time for yoga poses amidst nonstop meetings and pressing deadlines? Stress reduction becomes one more thing to do!

Aimee Bernstein, executive coach, psychotherapist, and author of "Stress Less Achieve More", offers a more effective and realistic approach: embrace the pressure. See it as an energy source. Tap into its flow to accomplish more while feeling calm and centered. It’s a counterintuitive message that frenzied professionals can actually use.

In this experiential mind/body workshop you'll learn an inner map that can be used at any time  and within any activity  to prevent stress and use pressure, the energy of change, to turbo-charge performance and well-being.  This mindfulness in action program will help you...

  • Re-center yourself when dealing with difficult people and stressful situations.
  • Quickly shift your mood and expand your confidence and presence
  • Spark creative solutions to problems
  • Energize fatigued teammates and create an innovative culture of engagement that supports the human spirit and the bottom line.

In today’s overbooked world, pressure is almost impossible to avoid. But with the tips, techniques, and exercises in this  presentation you can turn it into your ally—and thrive under even the most demanding circumstances.
