Speaker Bio

Prior to joining the Axelrod Group, Chuck Mallue was Manager of Organization Development for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts world-wide. Before joining Disney, Chuck managed his own successful consulting practice and was on the faculty of Wittenberg University’s Organizational Leadership Program. Chuck has also held senior level HRD positions with Exxon-Mobil, Lexis-Nexis and NCR.  Chuck uses his expertise in Business Strategy, the Neuroscience of Change, Organization Design, Large Group Methods, Community Building, Executive Coaching and Gestalt to drive organization performance improvement.
