2015 Outstanding Regional Network

A Snapshot of Network Activities

Bi-Monthly Meetings

The GOOD Network bi-monthly meetings are held on Fridays from 8:30am-12:30pm.  The programs are practical in nature, sharing tools, concepts, and providing contextual applications.  By regularly surveying our members, we stay in touch with what your needs and interests are regarding program topics.

We have a lot of talent in the GOOD Network, and members share their expertise through our Mentoring program.  We match proteges who are seeking a mentor with mentoring candidates from our membership.

Social & Networking Events

GOOD Network hosts  Social/Networking events that provides a more relaxed and informal opportunity to get together with your GOOD colleagues. These are typically 2-3 hour events that are held on a Saturday and guests (including family and friends) are welcome.

GOOD Doing Good -- Our Community Service Projects

We support a variety of community services projects proposed by our members.

Book Club

The Book Club meetings offer another great way to stay involved with the GOOD Network while keeping up on the latest trends and growing professionally. The book club is a smaller, more informal sub-set of members that meet on a quarterly basis in the evenings to discuss a business book of choice that is relevant to the OD profession. The focus of our discussion is around how the techniques or theories discussed in the book can apply to our current practices.

Communities of Practice

External Consulting Group

The External Consulting Group focuses on the role of the external consultant.  The group provides opportunities for members to network, share best practices, and learn more about the business and marketing aspects on consulting.   This group meets at  bimonthly during the year at Rollins College.

Internal Consulting Group

Our Internal Consultants focus on the role, skills, techniques, and challenges of the Internal OD Consultant.

Technology Interest Group

Our Technology Group is focused on technology and provides a forum where members interested in exploring all aspects of technology can learn more about technology topics informally from each other, from special guest speakers, and suggested media.

Coaching Group

The Coaching Group focuses on serving the needs and interests of the coaching community within the GOOD Network.  The group provides an environment where coaches can informally discuss and share their expertise, and explore different aspects of the field of coaching.
