As we step into a new year, I want to start by saying how grateful I am for this community and for the many ways people continue to show up for GOOD. Over the past few months, the board has been listening, refelecting, and planning with intention. We have been looking closely at what members value most about GOOD and how we can design experiences that feel meaningful, engaging, and relevant to different career journeys. That work has shaped how we are approaching the year ahead. It also led to the development of our theme for the year, All In for the Greater GOOD. To me, this means leaning into what makes GOOD special: connection, contribution, and learning together. It’s about creating experiences that invite participation, not just attendance, and strengthening the sense of belonging that so many of you have said keeps you coming back. As the year unfolds, you’ll see this theme reflected in our programming, our events, and the way we work together as a network. We’ll also be inviting you to be all in with us and sharing clear ways you can participate, contribute, and continue to help one another grow. I’m looking forward to being together again soon and continuing these conversations in person. I hope you’ll join us at an upcoming event and be part of shaping what this year becomes.
