Our first bimonthly meeting of the year left me feeling encouraged and energized. The topic sparked great conversation, but what stood out most was the level of engagement in the room. People showed up ready to participate, to share openly, and to learn from one another. That kind of experience reflects who we are as a community, a group that continues to grow together. I'm looking forward to our next bimonthly meeting, where we will build on that momentum as we move into the “Prove It” portion of our work. This is where we take ideas one step further and demonstrate the value we bring to the organizations we serve. It’s an opportunity to focus on how we use data to make the case for our work and show its impact. As always, we will be learning together in real time. I also want to recognize those of you who take the time to share your reflections publicly after our meetings, especially on LinkedIn. That willingness to stay engaged not only strengthens our community, it also gives visibility to the experience we are creating together. In that same spirit, I encourage all of us to stay all in. Whether that means being a buddy for a first-time attendee, supporting the experience, suggesting a social gathering, or helping us give back through a cause you care about, your involvement matters. This community is what it is because of you.
