"Architecting Effective Interventions: An Internal Consultant Approach"
Three internal practitioners from Universal Parks & Resorts will discuss methodology, tips, and challenges around architecting processes; these are effective interventions derived from a measured, internal consultant approach that promotes better internal organizational, team, and individual leader health.
In this session, we will discuss specifics around effective mentoring, succession planning, and action planning/taking programs, a common framework that allows for applicability across various areas, as well as facilitate an interactive session around brainstorming follow-up, measure effectiveness, and sustainment of organization interventions. This session would be useful to both internal and external Consultants, and will focus on interventions with Succession Planning, Mentoring, and Engagement Survey Action Taking.
