Our February 28th inaugural conference was a huge success!

Over 200 attendees joined us on February 28, 2020, for a full day of professional development and idea sharing on topics critical to the future of OD professionals. In addition to three inspiring keynotes and plenary sessions, two speaker tracks were offered – foundational and advanced - providing options for attendees based on their current role and experience.

While not in sessions, participants visited the exhibitor booths, enjoyed networking time with other OD professionals, and were even able to update their headshot.  A huge thank you to UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, our conference sponsors, as well as the student and GOOD Member volunteers whose support made this event possible.

We will continue to monitor the progress of the Covid 19 pandemic as will bring our second Conference to you in person as soon as it is safe to do so!

“I most enjoyed the intimate nature of the sessions; e.g.,  interacting with those around you for activities/discussions etc.”

“I loved the incredibly engaging keynote speakers, the opportunities to interact with others in the industry, and the chance to get out of the office and spend the day learning.”

“The topics and speakers were fantastic, relevant and supportive of my continuous development.”
