#METOO at work — results of a study by VitalSmarts

06 May 2018 1:00 PM | Anonymous member (Administrator)

While #MeToo is inspiring and continues to create awareness, new research shows it hasn’t yet produced drastic changes in the workplace. Our study of 1,100 people uncovered that:

  1. Organizations need to take formal action to reduce harassment.
  2. Providing formal training increases employee confidence in how sexual misconduct is handled.
  3. Implementing these changes company-wide creates real behavior change.

Join VitalSmarts expert, Emily Gregory, on May 15 at 1:00 PM EDT for a free 45-minute webcast where she’ll share the results of our latest study on the implications of #MeToo at work.
