Mark Griffiths, Co-Program VP
Mark is the client partner for Newleaf Training and Development in Florida and Georgia. He is responsible for business development and setting the strategic direction across the Florida and Georgia.
Michelle Lauren, Treasurer
Michelle is an HR Specialist for Florida Municipal Power Agency. Orlando. She holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Michelle has also served on the corporate staff of organizations such as Sara Lee Coffee & Tea and Oprah’s Angel Network.
Kamaria Scott, Communications Director
Kamaria is the Head of Learning, North America for FIS Global. She leads learning strategy, development, and implementation for the region and in support of global talent management initiatives. Debbie Townley, External Consulting Co-Chair
Debbie is just starting a new position at SNHU on 12/18/17. Her role will focus on Strategic Account Management and Business Development of targeted corporate partnership across the SE Region. Prior to this Debbie worked for Apollo Education/University of Phoenix for 17 years in positions such as Solutions Architect, Director of Academics, and Senior Account Manager. Debbie also runs a private Consulting company called CMD Learning, LLC, where she provides custom learning solutions to her clients throughout the US.
Chad Brown, External Consulting Co-Chair
Chad is a career counselor and employee development consultant, his company Chad Brown Counseling & Consulting helps individuals discover their personal purpose and organizations develop their professional potential. He specializes in working with young adults (Millennials & Generation Z) and improving intergenerational understanding for increasing efficiencies and organizational effectiveness. Mallory is a Regional Training Manager for Holiday Inn Club Vacations. She oversees learning and development for all 8 resorts in their Gulf Region and acts as a consultant and liaison to a team of 10 local trainers.
