Rob Rogers, President

Rob has practiced OD in diverse settings within for-profit and non-for-profit industries.  He is passionate about personal and professional development and enjoys coming along side others to support their development as well.  He has a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Development Consulting from Regent University and is a certified MBTI practitioner.


Laura Gallaher, Bi-monthly Programs VP

Laura has worked for NASA and The Walt Disney Company, and founded her own company, Key Talent Solutions in 2013. Today, she works with executives and leaders who are growing and scaling their companies, and specializes in aligning executive teams and enhancing their cohesion through increasing awareness and alignment and building trust. She is a Licensed Human Element Practitioner, and brings high quality programs such as Human Element and Radical Collaboration to enhance communication and collaboration skills and increase accountability across organizations.

Krystena Sterling, Secretary

Krystena is in project management for the Walt Disney World Resorts and Transportation organization. The work can be diverse and range from strategic people oriented work or business process oriented results. She also teaches hospitality for an online University. Her passion is leadership development and coaching.


Michelle Lauren, Treasurer

Michelle is an HR Specialist for Siemens Corporation Orlando. She currently puts OD into practice on a Shared Services platform. Her current contributions to Siemens include: Talent Development (On-boarding of HRS Administration Staff, New Hire Orientation, Mentoring), Project Management (HRIS), Policy and Procedure Facilitation, Training Coordinator, and Knowledge Management Manager (capturing and documenting an organization's intellectual and tactical knowledge, and disseminating that knowledge within the organization utilizing an online knowledge base). Michelle holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Michelle has also served on the corporate staff of organizations such as Sara Lee Coffee & Tea and Oprah’s Angel Network.


Kamaria Scott, Communications Director


Kamaria is the founder of Enetic, an employee engagement focused consulting firm. She combines learning, OD and change management to support leaders in embedding employee engagement efforts into organizational culture. Her prior work includes leading employee development and engagement initiatives for BNY Mellon, Bi-Lo, CareSpot and UF Health. 

Kamaria holds a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an Ed.S in Adult Education/Human Resource Development from Florida State University.

Belinda is a certified executive coach and women success expert. Her coaching practice, Equanimity Executive, assists diverse and emerging leaders, women and their global organizations successfully enhance their performance in a wide range of areas including personal transformation and organizational development.
Her own expertise is to empower Global Leaders & Women to BE who they are wherever they are. She also consults with companies in the areas of organizational development, talent development and diversity management.

Mike is a co-founder & principal consultant at Talent Metrics, LLC, a human capital management and data analytics consulting firm. He partners with organizations managing client relationships, providing actionable analytics, and impacting the design of global survey initiatives. His efforts in directly partnering with senior level executives in corporate centers of excellence has ensured alignment of metrics across organizations with successful overall strategy. Mike’s areas of expertise include survey design and implementation, employee engagement, customer loyalty, linkage research, and statistical analyses.

Margo Hamel, Membership Co-VP

Margo is a Senior Practice Management Consultant and Advisor Development Coach at SunTrust Bank Private Wealth Management. She has contributed to SunTrust since 1987 through business planning, leadership development and coaching, advisor training and development, instructional design, sales and sales management consulting, performance management, competency modeling, and client loyalty programs. Margo holds an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and BS from Western Michigan University. She also holds the Registered Corporate Coach designation from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

Michelle works for Orlando Health as a Departmental IS Consultant (LMS Administrator) for the eLearning department. Her role includes managing the Orlando Health's Talent Systems, focusing on Performance Management for over 15,000 team members. She previously worked for Marriott Vacations Worldwide as a Project Manager in Talent Acquisition.  She supported Talent Acquisition, Learning & Performance, and Internal Communication teams managing various projects and program management.

Jennifer Crowell, Hospitality Director


Jennifer guides organizations and their leaders through business transformations, culture changes and behavioral changes. She has worked on the people side of change management in higher education, the defense industry, and health care. Jennifer has worked in organizational readiness for Adventist Health System since 2015 and is an adjunct professor for Seminole State College.

Kirsten Cooper,  Special Programs & Events Co-Director 


Kirsten works for the Marriott Vacations Worldwide as the Senior Manager of Learning supporting the Innovation Planning Supply Maximization process, which is everything to do with inventory. Her role includes analysis, design, planning and delivery of engagement, programs and communications. She received her undergraduate degree at University of Florida and her Masters at University of Central Florida.

Isabella is the founder and owner of Pivot Business Consulting in Winter Park, Florida.  Isabella coaches smart entrepreneurial leaders that plateau to get order and structure with their internal operations. She helps them pinpoint the problems and craft and implement solutions that help them pivot from being start-ups into stable growing companies. Isabella's areas of expertise include: Mentor Training, Employee Engagement, Empathy, Servant Leadership Development & Company Culture, and Intern Program Development (from recruiting, assessment, interviewing, performance plans and 360 evaluation). She holds a MBA and is a PhD candidate in Leadership, specializing in Human Resource Development from Barry University.

Kristin Chase

Kristin Chase is the Director of the Organizational Development (OD) department for Universal Orlando. She has contributed to Universal since 2003 through consulting and leading employee feedback surveys, performance and talent management, leadership development, mentoring, selection and assessment tool and competency model development, employee research, facilitation, and team effectiveness. She is a 2003 graduate of the UCF Masters' program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and became PHR certified in December 2011.

Vicki Lavendol

Vicki practices OD when she consults with organizations.  Vicki led OD initiatives when she was Director of Leadership and Training for Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center, as well as Director of Human Resources for Charles Schwab. Vicki partnered with OD when she was in Walt Disney Company Human Resources and in Organization Development at Tupperware.  Vicki holds both an MHR and an MBA from Rollins College, and is currently an Instructor at UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management.  Vicki teaches Strategic Management and Leadership, Human Resources, and Communications to 500 students a year.


Nicole Baker Rosa


Nicole works on program development and operations for University of Central Florida’s Division of Continuing Education. She previously served as Associate Director at a global strategic foresight, strategy and innovation firm often working on projects surrounding the future of work and talent. Nicole holds a M.A. from University of Central Florida in Interpersonal Communication and a B.S. in Public Relations with a Business Concentration from University of Florida. She is a published author with a thesis study involving how managers perceive the Millennial generation and their ability to adhere to organizational rules.

Carol Emmett

Carol  has thirty years of experience in training, consulting, coaching, and organization development. She provides executive coaching, training, team building, survey design, facilitation, and instructional design to clients in high tech, hospitality, financial services, and health care industries, and to government on all levels. Carol holds her MA from University of Maryland in Organizational Communication and is a certified executive coach.
