Isabella Johnston, President 

Isabella consults and coaches entrepreneurs and executive leaders with profit and nonprofit organizations in areas of leadership development, team building & communications, intern programs, and organizational growth. Industries/Sectors include: entrepreneurship, tech, nonprofits, legal, accounting/finance, marketing & sales, real estate, art/culture, manufacturing, medical, and game development.   LinkedIn:

Krystena Sterling, Co-Program VP

Krystena has a background in Project Management, Learning and Development and Hospitality Management. She is currently employed at Walt Disney World and also owns a  Performance Coaching organization. She is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist and CPLP.  In addition she is an adjust college faculty for University of Phoenix.  

Mark Griffiths, Co-Program VP

Mark is the client partner for Newleaf Training and Development in Florida and Georgia.  He is responsible for business development and setting the strategic direction across the Florida and Georgia.  

Michelle Lauren, Treasurer

Michelle is an HR Specialist for Florida Municipal Power Agency. Orlando. She holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Michelle has also served on the corporate staff of organizations such as Sara Lee Coffee & Tea and Oprah’s Angel Network.  

Kamaria Scott, Communications Director

Kamaria is the Head of Learning, North America for FIS Global.  She leads learning strategy, development, and implementation for the region and in support of global talent management initiatives.  Kamaria holds a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an Ed.S in Adult Education/Human Resource Development from Florida State University.  LinkedIn:

Don Knagge, Coaching Group Chair

Don is an Executive Coach with 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting.  He combines his training and love of coaching executives, entrepreneurs, and teams with his three decades of business experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur in a variety of industries to be a catalyst for transformation in business and in life.   

Chad Brown, External Consulting Co-Chair

Chad is a career counselor and employee development consultant, his company Chad Brown Counseling & Consulting helps individuals discover their personal purpose and organizations develop their professional potential.  He specializes in working with young adults (Millennials & Generation Z) and improving intergenerational understanding for increasing efficiencies and organizational effectiveness.  Chad is an experienced speaker with presentations at the local, state, and national level.  He holds a Bachelor’s in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, an M.B.A. from the Crummer Graduate School of Business, and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. Susan Havill, Internal Consulting

Susan is a Senior HR Manager for Ruby Tuesday. She directs employee relations and investigations for 23,000 team members at 565 locations across the country.  She also provides leadership training and coaching to managers. 

Mallory Paul, Learning & Development

Mallory is a Regional Training Manager for Holiday Inn Club Vacations. She oversees learning and development for all 8 resorts in their Gulf Region and acts as a consultant and liaison to a team of 10 local trainers. She is passionate about personal and professional development and enjoys combining her enthusiasm for training with her love of entertainment. She holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.    

Patrick Donnally, COP Liaison 

Patrick uses his sixty plus years of management, consulting, and education experience to help small businesses achieve the impossible and “be the very best that they can be” --- Performance Excellence.  Patrick has a BSIE, an MSIE, and an MBA, is an experienced Examiner for both the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Florida Governor’s Sterling Award, and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Patrick has held several Top Level Executive positions, both nationally and internationally, and has over 25 years of college teaching experience.  LinkedIn:

Barbara Seifert, Mentoring Program

Barbara is the owner of Committed to Your Success Coaching & Consulting. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), working with individuals, leaders and teams, helping them to get the most out of their employees. Barbara also is an assistant adjunct professor with Webster University and Florida Institute of Technology, in both the business and HR departments. She received her Ph. D. in Leadership/Human Resource Development from Barry University and has been featured on TV, radio and in print, as well as speaking at conventions and being a contributing author to two books.  Linkedin:

Michelle Tunsil, Membership VP

Michelle works for ADP as a Human Resources Project Specialist. Her role includes facilitating new hire orientation and new leader assimilations, associate relations coaching and executing various HR projects. Her previous work includes Orlando Health as a Departmental IS Consultant where she oversaw Performance Management in the Learning Management System and for Marriott Vacations Worldwide as a Project Manager in Talent Management.   LinkedIn:

Margo Hamel, Secretary

Margo is First VP and Senior Development Manager at SunTrust Bank. She provides business planning, leader/advisor development coaching, and sales management consulting to the Private Wealth Management line of business. Margo has an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and holds the Registered Corporate Coach designation from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.  

Jennifer Crowell, Hospitality Director

Jennifer guides organizations and their leaders through business transformation on the people side of change. She works in organizational readiness for Adventist Health System and is an adjunct professor for Seminole State College.  LinkedIn:  

Kirsten Cooper,  Community Programs & Events Director 

Kirsten is the Senior Manager of Learning supporting the inventory process at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Her role includes strategy, design and implementation of  engagement, learning and development programs. She received her undergraduate degree at University of Florida and her Masters at University of Central Florida.

Kristin Chase

Kristin is the Director of the Organizational Development (OD) department for Universal Parks & Resorts. She has contributed to Universal for almost 15 years through consulting and leading employee feedback surveys, performance and talent management, leadership development and assessment, mentoring, competency model development, employee research, facilitation, and team effectiveness. Carol Emmett

Carol provides executive coaching, training, team building, survey design, facilitation, and instructional design to clients in high tech, hospitality, financial services, and health care industries, and to government on all levels. Carol holds her MA from University of Maryland in Organizational Communication and is a certified executive coach.

Vicki Lavendol

Vicki is an Associate Instructor at UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management.  Formerly Vicki was Director of Leadership & Training for Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and Director of Human Resources for Charles Schwab. Vicki was in Human Resources at Walt Disney World and led change at Tupperware.  Vicki holds an MHR and an MBA.

Nicole Baker Rosa

Nicole Baker Rosa is the Head of Human Design at Kedge – a global strategic design, foresight, creativity and innovation firm. She leads the organization’s daily operations and people development efforts, ensuring a human-centric culture across the Kedge ecosystem. Nicole is an experienced speaker, published author, and curriculum developer partnering with a variety of industries and fields. She previously worked in the Continuing Education sector shaping, executing and analyzing non-credit programs.
