Join us for the public debut of the Wicked Opportunities® program – in Orlando. Work alongside entrepreneurs, social innovators and foresight professionals to leverage complexity for innovation.
Innovation in today’s increasingly complex and volatile environment can be a challenge, especially without a long-term planning horizon. The market is littered with examples of incremental innovation as product development teams are driven by seasonal cycles. What if there was a way to ensure your innovation efforts were transformative, addressing not just the latest fads but instead the longer-lasting value shifts that drive industry-leading results?
In the Wicked Opportunities program, you will learn how to leverage complexity to harness opportunity. Named after the idea of “Wicked Problems,” issues so complex that attempting to solve them instead creates more problems, Wicked Opportunities enables you to update your mindset to leverage the increasing complexity. In this session, you will work in teams to develop transformative innovations using a series of foresight-empowered tools.

The Wicked Opportunities program has been used effectively within organizations for years.
