Following a great conversation we had last month about Ed Schein's lasting impact on the world of OD, we now invite you to join us on Tuesday 23rd May for an interactive Learning Lab lead by Celina Mattocks, which will enable participants to put Ed’s theory to practice in the skills development areas of asking for help, giving help and receiving help. 

At the end of this 2-hour session, you will have a working familiarity with Ed’s concepts of Humble Inquiry as a means of giving help, layered with Celina’s modern approach to asking for and receiving help.
