EXTERNAL CONSULTANT CoP Meeting: ReExploring AI in Practice: Shaping the Future of the AI & Change CoP (Rescheduled)

1:00 PM - 3:30 PM

*This is a hands on session so in person participation is encouraged. A virtual viewing option will be provided via Teams.

Our April session will focus on the role of AI in the workplace and how we, as a community, want to explore this topic going forward. We’ll be joined by Randall Maulding, an AI practitioner who will guide us through a real use case and demonstration, giving us the opportunity to see AI in action and test elements ourselves.

This session is also a space for collective decision-making. After the presentation, we’ll discuss how our members want to engage with AI learning and experimentation as part of a newly create AI & Change Community of Practice. Whether you are an internal leader, external consultant, or simply curious about AI’s impact on work, we invite you to take part in shaping what this CoP becomes and how we create a format that truly supports learning, connection, and practice.

About the Speaker

Randall Mauldin is the Founder of SCALEHOUND.ai and a specialist in operational AI execution for leaders responsible for outcomes.

A retired United States Marine Corps officer with 20 years of leadership in operations, logistics, and technology acquisition, Randall works at the intersection of accountability and artificial intelligence. His focus is practical: helping professionals reclaim time from administrative friction while preserving decision ownership and client trust.

Randall teaches consultants how to move from casual AI experimentation to structured, governed execution inside the tools they already use—particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot. His SCALE Method provides a disciplined workflow for integrating AI into professional delivery cycles without compromising credibility, privacy, or client accountability.

Organizational Development professionals are often asked to demonstrate the value of their work. In today’s environment, good intentions and engaging programs are not enough. Leaders want proof.

In this interactive session, we will explore how OD practitioners can move from activity to impact by strengthening how we design initiatives, analyze data, visualize insights, and tell compelling stories that influence decisions.

Through expert perspectives, table discussions, and individual application participants will explore practical strategies for turning their OD practice into measurable business value.
