Suzan Hochstetler, Secretary

Suzan is a Senior Consultant with Curium Solutions focusing on empowering people and organizations across the world to achieve their personal and business potential through best practices, customized tools, models and frameworks. She has over 25 years of experience delivering successful outcomes for some of the most recognized global brands.


Kathryn Farynowski, Director of Hospitality

Photo of Kathryn FarynowskiKathryn has served in multiple executive roles during her career, primarily in Supply Chain, Quality, and Data Science.  She became active in GOOD to enhance her skills in planning and change management.  Her work experience includes positions with Whirlpool, Fortune Brands, Haworth, and Orange County, and she now focuses on volunteer work including leadership roles with Rotary.  She is a registered Professional Engineer and received ASQ certification in Quality and Organizational Excellence.

Suzanne Walker, Communication Director & Mentoring Co-Chair

Photo of Suzanne Walker Susanne has an enduring interest in helping leaders build strong, effective teams by increasing their capacity to achieve goals and thrive in their roles. She uses a step-by-step, insight-to-action approach to clarify values, tap into strengths, and build confidence as they work to realize their potential. Susanne is a certified coach, facilitator, and trainer with extensive experience in leadership coaching, leadership and team development, and group facilitation. She also has focused on strategic planning, learning program design and delivery, and program evaluation throughout her career. She has applied her broad experience to roles in the public, private, non-profit, and academic sectors.


Vicki Bautista, Membership VP

Photo of Vicki Bautista Vicki is a Career Coach devoted to helping people identify their distinct genius and apply a strategic and intentional approach to seeking possibilities to attain career purpose and fulfillment.   She served in various HR leadership roles at YUM Brands where she combined her passion and know how for talent capability, organizational development, strategic contribution and service to institute and champion business solutions that propel individuals and teams to achieve breakthrough performance.


Pamela Pierce, Community Programs & Events Director

Photo of Pamela Pierce Pamela is a dynamic and engaging OD consultant with significant experience successfully leading talent development and change management projects. She has ODCP and PROSCI certifications and is known for delivering results while building relationships. Pamela really enjoys and excels at facilitating leaders and their teams through transformative processes and workshops.


Jerry Salsburg, Emeritus Director

Photo of Jerry Salsburg Jerry is Solutions Manager and Consultant with Deloitte. He is a seasoned Performance Consultant,  Leadership Development Specialist, and Executive Coach. He has a passion for accelerating leaders’ success and building organizational capabilities.


Donna Hogan, Treasurer

Photo of Donna Hogan Donna is an Organization Effectiveness Sr. Specialist with Lockheed Martin. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, she has expertise in Learning and Development, HR Business Partner, EEO/AAP and Compensation and Performance Management.  Donna is a certified coach and Prosci Change Management certified and is currently focused on transforming how learning and development is delivered in line with workforce of the future principles. This includes building self directed learners using a social collaboration group built on SAP JAM platform.


Mark Griffiths, Emeritus Director (Also leads Technology CoP)

Photo of Mark Griffiths Mark is the client partner for Newleaf Training and Development in Florida and Georgia.  He is responsible for business development and setting the strategic direction across the Florida and Georgia. 

 

Krystena Sterling, Emeritus Director

photo of Krystena SterlingKrystena is an Executive Coach and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist specializing in leadership development, coaching, and emotion in the workplace.  She has been working in the learning, OD and coaching field for over 15 years.  She has lead teams from 5-500 employees at companies such as House of Blues, Walt Disney World, and Disney Cruise Line during her career. Currently, Krystena  works at Lockheed Martin Space as a Leadership Development Consultant.

Photo of Don Knagge Don is an Executive Coach with 7th Evolution Coaching & Consulting.  He combines his training and love of coaching executives, entrepreneurs, and teams with his three decades of business experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur in a variety of industries to be a catalyst for transformation in business and in life. 

Richard Ray, Internal Consulting Co-Chair

Photo of Richard Ray Richard has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on Talent for the last 10 years. He currently Training Manager for Seaworld Orlando and  holds two Masters degrees, one in Organization Development and Leadership and the other in Post Secondary and Adult Education. He likes to to network with individuals who have a passion in talent management and unlocking the potential in everyone.


Deborah Novak, Internal Consulting Co-Chair

Deborah Novak, MBA has helped leaders build high-performing sustainable teams for 15 years. She brings depth and breadth of change management strategies, executive coaching and leadership development design and delivery to being the Internal Consulting Co-Chair. She is certified in PROSCI change management, LMAP 360 Senior Executive Assessments and is a certified Marcus Buckingham Standout 2.0 Coach. As part of Florida Hospital, she presented nationally on Team Engagement as a Driver for Patient Experience, Employee Engagement, Retention and Promotion. She thinks strategically and builds strong collaborative client partnerships while delivering tactically. She is currently acting as an Interim Leader at DSN Consulting while she is looking for her next full-time internal opportunity.

Jennifer Gonzalez, Mentoring Co-Chair

Photo of Jennifer Gonzalez Jennifer is a Success Coach Team Lead with UCF Online, providing virtual coaching services to fully online undergraduate and graduate students from inquiry to graduation. She also leads a team of Success Coaches with their development. Her 10 plus years of experience in the hospitality, mental health counseling, research, and higher education fields provide a unique perspective on supporting others holistically throughout their personal and professional growth.


Clayton Alves, Mentoring Co-Chair

Photo of Clayton Alves Clayton is a Senior Change Manager at AdventHealth, where has provided change management leadership for system implementations for the past 10 years. His prior work experience includes over ten years consulting for companies such as Deloitte, BearingPoint and Capgemini. As a consultant his work focused on technology adoption. He is passionate about developing people and uses his skills in industry and the community. When away from work, he volunteers his time with community organizations where he helps develop youth and young adults.



Kristine Ryan, Leadership Development & Learning and Development  Chair

Photo of Kristine Ryan Kristine is originally from Chicago and has experience in counseling, coaching, instructional design, and leadership development. Most of her career has been in mental health and healthcare, and her passion is in helping people who help people. A GOOD member since 2020 (with a break during part of 2022), she loves how the members support each other and share their knowledge. She approaches learning, leadership, and what makes people tick with curiosity. She is influential, positive, and determined to understand people in order to drive increased emotional intelligence and application of learning.
