Hi -- wanted to get some feedback. We are looking at "formalizing" a job shadowing/informational interview process. Does anyone have this currently? If so would you be interested in sharing/brainstorming?
Probably not what you are looking for.... but...
I had a client with a formal “developmental assignment /job shadowing” system in place where you could apply for a developmental assignment and hold it for up to 6 months then you returned to your old job. But I sense you might not really be going in this direction.
