All OD practitioners are looking for new ways to engage a group, tackle a work problem and get folks involved. Take a look at Liberating Structures for some new ideas! https://www.liberatingstructures.com/ls/
Back in the day, I was fortunate to get some training from a company called Graphic Guides on how to improve team facilitation skills graphically and otherwise. I still have my old resource book full of their ideas for facilitation and working with teams. This resource is gold and will never leave my library! LOL
Now they are called Grove Tools and have a good website where you can visualize some of the guide templates. If you are familiar with Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model, you will find visual resources from that as well. You don't have to buy or even reproduce their images -- you can just take a look and figure out how to use the IDEA behind the graphic to improve your own facilitation. A couple of my old favorites are "Investment Portfolio" for planning and the "SPOT Matrix." Take a look!
