Session Title & Description

"Employing Creative Engagement to Build Awareness and Desire"

Do you ever wonder how you can use the fundamental building blocks of change to create an interactive and creative experience to engage your stakeholders? If so, this is the session for you.

During this session, we will share how we used ADKAR principles from the Prosci Change Management model to engage our large key stakeholder groups. We recently examined how we can increase awareness and desire within these groups by doing so in a more dynamic and fun way.

We have developed two unique approaches to create fun, informative, and engaging sessions that allowed the stakeholders to not only learn about their new roles but get excited about how they will fit in to the future state success of the organization. This interactive session will include demonstrations of specific tools and techniques that you can immediately apply when you get back to your office!
