Ignite Your future on February 28, 2020!

Welcome to the GOOD Network Inaugural Conference!

As the first ever GOOD Network Conference starts to take shape, we see the future shining bright with contributions from our local OD community and beyond helping us make bigger and bolder impact in raising awareness, expanding, and deepening the practice of Organizational Development (OD) in the Central Florida area.  Our speaker committee had a very tough job of selecting the most outstanding proposals for one jam-packed day of sessions.  Those looking to learn more about OD and how it can help their own business, or those looking to push the boundaries of future thinking within our field will all find something of interest throughout the day...not to mention networking that is “on fire”!

Don't miss our dynamic conference sessions!

We start the day with a rousing dose of culture that rocks and end with shattering barriers to leadership!  Along the way, we will be questioning the future of work and how we can be the best we can be in leading the way for OD professionals to ignite a flame within our organizations to continuously grow and evolve.  Two different tracks help you target your interests and get the most out of your day. Vendors, poster presenters, and colleagues both new and familiar will also be happy to meet you informally over lunch for additional value and learning.  Our venue at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management provides the perfect backdrop with a dose of open air in the Florida winter which is sure to be beautiful.

With the exciting launch of this event, we hope to grow, cultivate, and fulfill our vision of being a network of practitioners dedicated to encouraging innovation, promoting excellence, and increasing awareness of OD in organizations.
